ABOUT

Introduction

The Neutral Group provides a portfolio of Managed Services that significantly reduce energy spend and carbon emissions in large organizations’ vehicle fleets and building portfolios.

The Neutral Group (TNG) is a privately held company, founded in 2006 to create and execute operational solutions for energy and carbon reduction for multinational companies and governments.

TNG signed a strategic agreement with Deutsche Post DHL in 2007 and since then has executed over 2000 carbon measurement and reduction projects serving DHL clients such as O2,  LG, Marks & Spencer, Kraft and Unilever.

In mid 2009,  DHL acquired one of the TNG subsidiaries allowing The Neutral Group to focus on customers outside Deutsche Post DHL. TNG and DHL continue to work in close co-operation, with a number of ongoing projects.

In December 2009, The Neutral Group signed a Teaming Agreement with Lockheed Martin, working primarily in the UAE in conjunction with Masdar.

In December 2010 TNG began work on a sustainability strategy for the McDonald’s supply chain in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region. The first phase of this project included the opening of the first licensed biodiesel factory in the UAE, taking used vegetable cooking oil from McDonald’s restaurants and supplying biodiesel to McDonalds’ supply chain vehicles.
